How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you with our size chart and breed selection. However all dogs regardless of breed are individual in size so please measure your pup’s neck correctly according to our sizing chart before selecting their size.
Delivery cost and delivery time?
We use Royal Mail to send out all of our items to make it as quick and easy for you as possible. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however we've been advised that items on this option will be with you within 2-4 working days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day due to Royal Mail cut off time.
International shipping and shipping worldwide?
Yes! We want to offer you the best fashion for your four legged friend wherever in the world you are!
Our international shipping rate is £10.00 to Europe and £15.00 to (almost) anywhere else in the world. We use a tracked and signed service to enable you to follow the items on their journey and see the progress. Estimated delivery times do vary, and so we are unable to give an exact delivery date. Royal Mail aims to get items to Europe between 5-7 working days and the US between 7-12 working days. The rest of the world can be between 10-21 days. There may, however, be additional days on top of this as each country has their own custom processes, so we ask if you could allow for up to 30 days.
Can I change items from an existing order?
If you would like to make a change to your order we would ask for you to contact us ASAP! Alternatively, you could create a new order with the updated items and cancel the existing order. We will not be able to make any changes to orders that have already been processed for delivery.
Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?
We've all been there..if you need to alter your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible and we will update the information for you. Once the items have been processed for delivery we will no longer be able to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Eeeek..Yes! You can cancel your order if you notify us within an hour of order placement. If the order has been processed before you notify us of cancellation, we would need to process a return once the order has been delivered.
How can I pay for an order?
Once you have placed all of your items in the cart, you simply click “Checkout” and follow the next screen to input details. We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay. If you wish to pay in any other way please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer any guarantee?
We have a 30-day guarantee for defects only. This does not include damage from wear and tear or chewing issues, only manufacturing defects. Send us an email to email@example.com with photo’s of the issue for further information. Any defect issues should be brought to our attention within the first 30 days. But we are always here to help and support!
Our items were designed to be very tough in everyday life, but they are not indestructible. Please note that all items are for accessory only and makers assume no liability.
