RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind everything we sell and making sure that you and your dog are happy is always our main priority. If you're not satisfied with your dog products, please return the item for a credit or full refund for the cost of the item. You'll have 30 days from the time you receive your order. The product you are requesting the refund/return for must be in resellable conditions to be eligible.
Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. To improve our services for you in the future, please let us know why you are returning the item in your email.
You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the initial shipping costs. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

What happens if I order the wrong size and need to exchange?
No problem! If you're wanting something else or to change size, go ahead and place a new order so your dog can get some new stuff asap! Place the item you wish to return in a package and return back to us within 30 days, please indicate on a note your order number, email address and reason for returning. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Return shipping or initial shopping costs is not covered by Willow Walks. Once we receive the item, we'll issue your refund within 7 working days!
